Nails: Tom Bachik, a Murietta, Calif.-based celebrity nail tech and consultant for Creative Nail Design, did this month's cover nails. Tom applied Creative's Crème Puff enamel as a base and topped it with Creative's Sugar Glaze enamel. After applying a layer of acrylic paint matter varnish, he applied ProLinc's NailStyles Sefl-Stick 3-D Nail Appliques.
