Celeb manicurist Kimmie Kyees used China Glaze Nude for Katy’s pedicure and applied Seche Vite Dry Fast Top Coat around the felt hearts on her fingers. A sprinkling of loose glitter on the wet lacquer completed the pretty, Valentine’s Day-ready look.
