In February 2011, American International Industries (A.I.I.) announced the acquisition of It’s So Easy Nails, a line of nail art accessories, products, and tools. “It’s So Easy provides the highest-quality nail art products for nail art applications,” says A.I.I. director of PR and advertising Anne Moratto. The line includes loose glitters, cracked ice flakes, foil polish, sealer and dryer, cuticle oil, brushes, body glue, and more.
A.I.I. also acquired certain assets from Almell Products, Inc., including the Poshé brand. Poshé is a professional line of nail care and treatment products that uses elements found naturally within the nail plate to nourish and condition, without the use of dehydration techniques.
