Holographic topcoats are the new glitter polish, according to Allure's Beauty Report.
The clear lacquer, loaded with colorless polymers that reflect blue, blue-green, or red-green hues, produces an iridescent confetti effect cooler than that of traditional glitter.
The jagged flecks of this topcoat are flat, and look great layered over a dark navy polish.
