Wendy Allred, director of spa development at Bliss, answered: Yes, but only up to two weeks before your next wax. Hair has to be a quarter-inch long for wax to stick to it (any more or any less makes waxing difficult, and often times more painful). And trimming, which doesn't cut as deeply as a razor, lets hair grow to a waxable length in this time.
