Hot Off the Presses

Blue, Green, and In Between

Glamour Magazine's March 2012 issue reports all shades of green — including aqua and blue — to be the hot color for spring. Below are a few recommendations:

1. OPI's Thanks a WindMillion: For a springtime mani, Glamour loves this creamy shade on fingers. Keep it from looking too G.I Jane by pairing it with pretty clothes and soft, simple makeup.

2. Zoya's Maisie: For a glittery topcoat, the tinted polish has green Mylar flecks. Apply it in layers on bare nails or over a color until you get to a sparkly happy place.

3. Deborah Lippmann's Mermaid's Dream: For days clients might want to skip jewelry, Deborah Lippmann created this seafoam shade. She likes it just on ring fingers for a accent-nail look. Then paint other nails bright blue.
