Nashville, Tenn., my beautiful hometown, is also notably known as the Music City. Nashville has inspired me in my nail art in many ways, with its many extravagant entertainment, dining, cultural, and architectural attractions such as, the unique Batman building, the beautiful Centennial park, the lively Cumberland Riverfront, and last but not least, Downtown Broadway, where many people come to eat, laugh, and jam to Nashville’s hottest country hits. Nashville is a lively and vibrant city filled with bright colors and a mixed culture from the north, south, east, and west. Nashville, my hometown, my pride, and my biggest inspiration for this week’s nail art challenge.

With this challenge I’m going for a dark, mysterious “love” nail look. I created a 3-D heart, wings, and skull on top of a black background with glitters for that cool, girly, fun and also dark side to create the overall look “You’ve always been….mysterious.”

I decided to follow the Lace trend with a lace nails design. The look I created works great for any event  to wear on nails. Lace is back in style now. I personally think lace is never out of style. It’s always classy and elegant.
