From the same associations that bring us the International Salon & Spa Expo (ISSE) in Long Beach every January came the first-ever ISSE Midwest, held at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center in Rosemont, Ill., from March 26 to 28. Hosted by the Professional Beauty Association (PBA) and the National Cosmetology Association (NCA), the intimate show featured 150 exhibitors and more than 12,500 attendees. ISSE Midwest will be a two-day show next year, taking place April 15 to 16, 2012.
