Decorating these must-have items, such as disinfectant jars and trays, is a great way to get a customized look while also drawing clients’ attention to your focus on salon sanitation.

Tricia Abreu of Nail Artistry by Tricia in Miami offers these tips for dressing up your sanitation items:
>    Almost everything you use in nail art, such as rhinestones, dried flowers, stickers, fimo, nail wraps, and glitter, can be used to decorate any surface you wish. Most can be glued on using a strong adhesive. Glitter, however, should be mixed in with acrylics and applied (rather than glued on) to prevent loose glitter residue on the finished design.
>    Ribbons can be made into bows and glued unto surfaces as well. There are a wide variety of ribbon designs, including plain, printed, and multi-colored and some have rimmed edges.
>    For those who can paint freehand, painting on surfaces is a great way to enhance your salon’s theme/logo.
>    Acrylic adheres to almost any surface, so designs can be sculpted onto items you choose to decorate. Just use the same sculpting technique used on nails.
>    Beads come in a variety of colors and shapes, so by stringing them up you can decorate jars/bottles, to be used as a charm or for full coverage (shown in the final photo in this gallery).
