For Vaida Indrasiute-Stefanek, owner of Fantasy Nails by Vaida at The Kutting Room, the hardest part of entering our contest was selecting a painting to reproduce. “It took me almost a week and I finally decided on Van Gogh because I like his style,” she says. The other challenge for the new mom was finding the time. “After I put my baby girl to sleep it took me only three hours to paint it. I loved the painting and his color selection, so it was pretty easy,” she says. Indrasiute-Stefanek does a lot of nail art at the salon as well. “I mostly do free-hand designs and a lot of designs with colored acrylic. I like 3-D flowers too,” she says. “I love what I do because I can express myself every day and make somebody happy.”
