Simple Troubleshooting Keeps Pink and White Separate

Q.

Why does the pink get in the white tip when I sculpt nails?

A.

Why does the pink get in the white tip when I sculpt nails?

Tanis Darling: You are probably brushing product over the white tip in a smoothing motion. Try using a pink ball at the cuticle and a clear ball at the stress area in order to stop the white tip from becoming blurred. Or switch to completely clear product for the bed of the nail. If you are using gels, apply the pink gel solely in the nail bed area and “freeze” it into place before continuing with your enhancement. This way it won’t run into the white tip.
