What is the difference between 3/32 or 1/8 or even 3/8 when talking about drill bits?
The sizes you mentioned are the thickness of the shank sizes for electric file bits. The industry standard shank size is 1/32-in. The 1/8-in. size is made for Dremel tools, which are not recommended for nail professional use, and I have never seen a 3/8-in. shank used. -- Vicki Peters
