SpaRitual partnered with Step Up Women’s Network to inspire girls to fulfill their potential, dream big and take positive steps to achieve their dreams. As part of ongoing mentoring programs, the company welcomed 35 girls on a tour of its facility and shared a behind-the-scenes look at a number of different careers available in the beauty industry. Last February, SpaRitual released a Step Up polish color, donating 20% of the color's proceeds to the organization.
