A free workshop in Japanese nail art is being offered to the first 500 who sign up.
Spaces are limited and registration will close when the workshop gets 2,000 participants.
On July 28th, Neiru (www.neiru.me) opened an invitation of 500 signups for a free two week nail art online workshop + challenge. Here are the submissions that came in.
