Vicki loved nails, the nail industry, nail technicians, nail magazines, nail jokes, nail cruises, nail trends, nail memes, nail salons, nail shows, and just about anything nail-related.
Maisie Dunbar shares her thoughts in memory of Vicki Peters and Debbie Doerlamm, two women who were trailblazers in the nail industry and also dear friends to us here at NAILS Magazine.
NAILS is devastated to report that industry icon Vicki Peters passed away due to complications from cancer.
Though they didn’t always agree, Maggie can’t help but acknowledge Vicki Peters’ enormous contribution to our industry.
Sunday was Vicki’s birthday; attendees wore Team Vicki shirts and celebrated with a small memorial on the back of the boat.
