Minx Nails of Oceanside, Calif., has created a new way to apply color and design to nails. Pre-made templates are sealed onto nails using heat, and the excess is simply filed off.
Bold and brilliant are in for spring.
So-called because the free edge of the nail flares out wider than the bottom, the shape is growing in popularity throughout the West Coast
