If you’re a huge Project Runway fan like I am, then the thought of fan favorites from various seasons returning to compete gets you all kinds of excited. That’s the premise for Project Runway All Stars, the spin-off of the famous design-based reality show.

A close-up shot of one of the nail art looks that I created as part of team @geraldineholford with @laurenbbeauty which was featured on last night's episode of Project Runway All-Stars entitled, "Sketching with Sharks". The look was a collaborative effort with designer Sonija Williams, influenced by her stunning, avant garde Red-Bellied Piranha inspired dress. While this isn’t the first time nails have appeared on the runway, it is a rare occurrence. Hair and make-up are usually offered to designers and models, but nails are usually left out (or at least not filmed), which is funny considering their increasing presence at Fashion Week.
