In addition to the comments from activists, family, and celebrities, Sydney radio station KIIS 1065 began the #PaintYourNailsForBruce movement. The act of nail painting references Jenner’s words in his interview where he told Sawyer he wanted to “be able to have my nail polish on long enough that it actually chips off.” The radio station also offered free nail polish to men at Central Station so they too could participate.
