Since we are well into June, I think it is safe to call this summer. How are your summer services going? Remember that those working in the salon are a great source of advertisement and more valuable than newspaper ads!
Does everyone in the salon have their toes done? There should not be any excuses, if they wear open-toed shoes; the toes should be boasting one of the salons services. If they are naked or home done, what’s the reason for that? Making sure everyone in the salon is representing a service done in the salon is a really valuable marketing move that costs very little. It can also have a great return on investment since the main cost is time. If you or they have reasons for not showing off freshly polished and pedicured toes, you may want to look at how valid, petty, good, or ridiculous those reasons are compared to the marketing value.
Success is a great reason to chalk up any personality differences. Setting them aside and realizing that a service trade could be business, not personal could be valuable to you. Put yourself out there and make sure your work is speaking for itself, especially from the toes of your fellow salon workers!
