With one more week of madness to go, it seemed like a good time to remind you of the existence of the word, "No.” When that one relative wants in on your fully booked schedule at the last minute, or that organization that is trying to guilt you into five dozen cupcakes, or that one friend who wants a home visit special set, and so on. It is ok to say no. You too deserve some time off; everyone has known what dates the holidays would fall on for the past year! Poor planning on their part does not constitute an emergency on yours. It's ok to say no, you have my permission. Actually, it's an order! ;)
