Are you one of those people who makes a bunch of resolutions for the new year, then beats herself up in a month or two for not accomplishing them instantly? How about diets? As nail professionals, we are busy and being “hangry” is not an option, plus fitting exercise in to a packed schedule is frustratingly intimidating.
How would you feel about just committing to make an effort to be a little healthier than last year? We won’t worry about weight or go on a diet, just commit to each other to make some changes as we go along and be healthier than last year. Sound good?
