Here’s the first #HealthyTech blog for the year, an easy idea for dinner that cooks while you are working at the salon. Since we are visual people, a quick tutorial video seemed to be a good idea:
One way to be a smidge healthier this year is to try spaghetti squash. You can throw it in a crockpot to cook while you are at work, then come home and heat up sauce to serve. It is very quick and easy in addition to being healthy.
