Hi! My name is Joliessa Seguin.

I'm a small town mom and wife from Lancaster, Pa., with big town dreams. I've always wanted to make a difference and always loved making people feel good, but I just wasn't sure what my calling in life was. My husband has been my good luck charm behind my journey. He has always seen the best in me and knew that I would be great at whatever I set my mind to. It was because of him and my love for art that I considered becoming a nail technician.

Now that I'm on the West Coast with all that I need (my husband and kids), I know that I can make something of myself! If I can make it out of the small town I call home, I can shine bright and spread love in the big city of Las Vegas!

My husband and I have done some traveling to try to make a new life for our family. In Florida, I got a certificate in mixology to become a bartender but I realized it wasn't for me. While I loved working with people, I didn't like watching those who destroy themselves with alcohol.

Then last year, we moved to Las Vegas. I started serving at the Hard Rock Cafe on the strip, which I love but it still felt like something was missing. I knew that God had a bigger purpose for me so I decided to enroll in beauty school and discovered my passion for nails!

Unfortunately, the quality of training at that particular school didn't meet my expectations and I withdrew by the end of December 2016. I did my research to find another school, and I can now proudly say that I'm now enrolled at Euphoria Institute, where I started this June. Immediately upon entering the school, I could feel the difference in the atmosphere with both the instructiors and students. Everything happens for a reason and sometimes you just have to go with the flow of life!

Now, I'm ready to show the world how to @lovejoself (that's my Instagram username!), but we'll start making making them "lovejonails!"
