1. Polish the nail with white gel-polish and cure. Apply another coat and do not cure. Use an Exquisite Blends liner brush to apply random curvy lines in blue gel-polish. Cure.
2. Apply top coat and do not cure. Add peach gel-polish in uneven blotches to the nail as a background. Add more blue lines if desired. Cure.
3. Apply base gel and do not cure. Using foil, apply gold leaf flakes to the nail and cure.
4. Build 3-D flowers and leaves using blue and peach-colored acrylics. Apply these and stones to the nail using builder gel. Cure.
