Joiful, a new on-demand app for beauty professionals, was launched at an event in West Los Angeles in October. The event was attended by members of the media and the launch team's founding salon and spa industry veteran artists.

The app is designed to allow nail techs and other professional beauty artists to connect directly with clients seeking services. “Initially, Joiful is designed to fill gaps in schedules – being active on the app when there are open times that you could be making money,” says Chad Law, VP of sales and marketing.

Joiful is seeking more professionals in the beauty industry to sign up for the app, including nail technicians, hair stylists, makeup artists, massage therapists, and estheticians. Interested artists can sign up at bestbeautycareer.com. After signing up, they will be contacted for an interview and further screening.
