1. Paint two layers of a light blue gel-polish and cure between coats.
2. Paint a thin layer of top coat and apply glitter over the wet layer. Cure.
3. Use a detail brush and white gel-polish to paint a star. Cure. Seal the entire look with top coat and cure.
