1. Paint the nail white and allow to dry.
2. Apply striping tape on the top third of the nail in a diagonal direction and paint above the tape using blue polish.
3. Use four pieces of thick striping tape to create stripes below the blue. Paint this section using red polish and seal with top coat.
4. Use star-shaped vinyl stickers and apply over the blue area. Paint a thin coat of white over the nail vinyl and remove them before the polish dries. Finish the look with top coat.
