Florida is the latest state to ban fish pedicures, a controversial treatment, popular in Asia, in which clients place their feet into a tub containing small carp that eat away dead skin. Other states that have expressly banned fish pedicures include Alabama, Colorado, Iowa, Massachusetts, Montana, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, and Washington.
