Clients receive a 20% discount off their next service if they rebook before they leave the salon. To encourage them to pre-book for the next 12 months, clients are offered the 20% discount for rebooking the same service, plus 20% off any other spa service booked at that time.
For every appointment a service provider gets a client to book, she gets an entry into a drawing for a day off with pay. “This has really incentivized our employees into to not only seeking the guest’s next appointment, but also the guest’s next 12 months of appointments,” says Omagi’s Wes Auberry.
