Tanya Angelova created this flower nail art using a technique she calls half-stroke — it’s similar to the one-stroke technique but uses only one color. Search for Tanya Angelova on Amazon.com to find more of her nail art tutorials.

1. Prep the nails. With a thin flat brush and white acrylic paint, design the half-stroke flowers. Add the white acrylic paint to the left tip of the brush only. Create the flower by moving the brush clockwise in a circular motion with slight up and down movements.

2. Add one flower petal at a time and make sure they are slightly overlapping each other to create the half-stroke flower.

3. Design a smaller flower inside the larger flower in the same fashion.
