At our salon we offer our guests a beverage while waiting for their technician. Our waiting area has oversized sofas and chairs with throw pillows. They may also watch television or just relax and listen to music. I have comfy wing-back chairs for my clients to sink into, a large variety of current magazines to read, easy listening music playing staged near a picture window that they can view the outside action but not feel like they are on display. I am told frequently by clients how restful and peaceful my shop is.
