Graham beauty and Barber Products acquired Marcal Paper Mills' Beauty and Barber division (Elmwood, NJ) on January 17. Terms and conditions of the transaction were not disclosed. Integral in the deal is Marcal's PST brand profssional beauty and barber towels.
