The owner of Va-Va Varnish Salon in San Diego, Calif., nail tech Elizabeth Morris has started a free consulting/advice podcast for nail techs called The Nail Hub. A new podcast is uploaded two to four times per week and covers topics such as running a nail salon, being a nail tech, Yelp reviews, and client/customer conflicts. Advice from at least one nail tech per month will be featured. “I’m really excited about offering nail techs more day-to-day advice on how to grow their businesses and stay positive in this industry,” says Morris. “I think a lot of nail techs are looking for someone to share their experiences.
