First Creative Concept Salon Named

Sensations of Broadview in Ohio is the first Creative Concept Salon in the nation.

Creative Nail Design Systems and Barnum Beauty Supply celebrated the naming of Sensations of Broadview. This Ohio salon is the first Creative Concept Salon in the nation. The celebration took place during Barnum’s Nail Focus Show September 28, 1996, at a cocktail party Barnum and Creative hosted for salon owners in the Cleveland area. A Creative Concept Salon is one that is committed and dedicated to the company’s products, systems, and service techniques, says Sloane Smith, Midwest regional manager for Creative. Another part of becoming a Creative Concept Salon is that all the salon’s nail technicians must successfully complete the Creative Academy Masters Program. Jan Arnold, president of Creative, introduced the salon’s owners and nail technicians as Academy graduates at the party.
