The $100,000 Manicure

Nail tech Deborah Lippmann recently took nail bling to a whole new level. As showcased on E!’s “Live from the Red Carpet” pre-Oscar show, Lippmann created an extravagantly embellished manicure out of $100,000 worth of real diamonds. She used Diamonds & Pearls polish from her eponymous nail polish line as the base, then her Addicted to Speed top coat to apply the borrowed Suzy B diamonds. Lippmann told NAILS, “It was a crazy manicure and since then a lot of people are doing crystal versions — so much fun!”
