NYFW A/W 2016: Alanna Wall for INM

The Polished Girl founder continues her involvement with NYFW by leading a team at INM.

This is Alanna Wall from the Polished Girlz. Last you heard from me I was spotting the latest nail trends at Cosmoprof Las Vegas. This time I am giving you an inside look at my experience polishing the models at New York Fashion Week.

As the youngest nail concept designer it is always an honor for me to have the chance to polish at the Raul Penaranda presentation. This year Penaranda’s presentation was at the breathtaking Gotham Hall, the perfect setting to go with his newest collection, Emerge. One of my greatest joys of polishing with Penaranda is that he gives me full creative control and with my sponsor INM, I was able to create the perfect deigns to complement his beautiful collection.

I created three designs using INM colors Elegant Rose, Funkadelic, French Pink, Storm, Seven Swans, and Granite. I also used AthenA Rocks for my embellishments.

The next show my team and I polished for was Demoo Parkchoonmoo, where they wanted more of a natural looking color so we went with INM’s French Pink.

Although polishing at Fashion Week is a lot of fun it is also a great deal of work and I would not be able to do any of it without my team including Angel Askew Johnson, Mr. Luis Nails, and Che’Aunna Amos.
