Cannes is known as the most glamorous of film festivals. Celebrities take to the French red carpet to show off their gowns, talk about their films, and show off their nails. Celebrity nail tech Tom Bachik is also a Cannes regular. This year Bachik polished the nails of Eva Longoria (who wore red), Susan Sarandon (who chose white), and Naomi Watts (who wore an icy blue-gray that matched her gown).
