For Alexander Wang's first show since his New York Fashion Week departure, the Spring/Summer 2019 collection reflected on his experience as a Chinese American. Inspired by the fusion of larger-than-life Americana and nuanced, traditional Chinese influences, it still injected Wang’s signature NYC punk aesthetic. Rita Remark for Essie balanced out the playful clothing and chrome accents of Wang’s championship-inspired rings by creating a matte, clean beige nail with a touch of pink. “For the final look, we decided to use Essie Topless & Barefoot,” says Remark. “It’s a classic all-American nude, and a subtle nod to the theme.”

To get this look, apply First Coat Base Coat, apply two coats of Topless & Barefoot, and finish with Matte About You Top Coat for a matte finish.
