Experiences are in-demand, and OPI delivered to fans in New York City on September 12 and 13. The brand opened its first pop-up shop, complete with interactive experiences, collection showcases, and shopping.

Collection highlights included Peru, Metamorphosis, Infinite Shine Fan Favorites, GelColor Icons, and Powder Perfection. Each of these collections was displayed against a thematic mural/background such as a Peruvian street market, butterfly murals and a beauty bar, custom colored backdrops, and larger-than-life bottle props. The experience on the whole was Instagram-ready.

On Wednesday evening, OPI hosted 20 special needs teachers from the surrounding NYC area for its Color is the Answer Initiative. These teachers enjoyed manicures, makeup, hair, gift bags, chamapgne, and appetizers. "Color is everything. It can change our mood, it can enhance an experience, evoke a feeling...From seeing our newest colors and collections up-close to taking in the sets and art, this was a must visit and must ‘gram OPI shop, unlike anything we’ve done before,” said OPI co-founder and brand ambassador Suzi Weiss-Fischmann.
