On the Road: Bisou

Soho’s Bisou might be small, but its crisp, chic aesthetic and custom nail designs make up for what it’s lacking in square-footage. Follow them @bisou.ny.

The salon has four nail stations with built-in shelves to hold the LED lamps, maximizing limited desktop space.

For my nails, Japanese nail artist Norico (@norico.nails) took inspiration from artist Bobby Clark.

Marble countertops, chrome light fixtures, black nail stations, and a banana leaf tree placed next to the waiting area create a luxurious yet modern feel within the salon.

Bisou “nail atelier” is located in one of New York’s trendiest neighborhoods.

Framed nail art and the inspiration behind it adorn the walls of the salon.

Each service ends with a thank you note containing instructions on how to take care of your new nails.
