How to Get the Look:
1. After applying base coat, apply two coats of Zoya polish in Renee.
2. Using a dotting tool, apply Zoya’s Pippa to create dots.
3. Apply Zoya Armor top coat to protect the color, then Zoya Hurry Up Drops to prevent smudges. Remember to let each coat dry thoroughly before applying the next. For an alternate polka dot bikini look, try using Pippa as the background color and Renee as the polka dots.
