If you’ve ever wondered why clients leave, here’s the answer. We found it in Elegante Nails’ (Arlington, Texas) employee manual. The manual cites a McGraw-Hill survey called “Why Clients Quit” that states a whopping 68% of customers quit because of an “attitude of indifference” toward them by an employee. In contrast, only 14% leave because they are dissatisfied with a product or service, 3% move, and 1% die.
