Texas Cosmetologists: Your State Board Wants Your Feedback

by NAILS Magazine | March 15, 2010 | Bookmark +

Texas barbers and cosmetologists: here’s your chance to tell The Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) how to improve its services. An e-mail from the board says, “TDLR invites you to help plan our future by being part of our strategic planning process. Our strategic planning will only be as good as the input we receive from those who interact with us. We would greatly appreciate you taking time to answer some questions and tell us how to improve our services.”

Just take this online survey by March 31 to rate your experiences with the board.

If you’re in Austin, you can also attend a live brainstorming session led by TDLR employees. The meeting schedule is available at www.license.state.tx.us/stratplanprocess.htm#schedule.
