Rachael’s Reaching Her Goals

Regarding Jill’s last post, I remember when I was a booth renter, the retail shelves looked like someone with a bad case of multiple personality disorder had picked out the products. And with at least four to five other booth renters in the place, it was. There was such a broad range that it was hard even to tell people where to begin to decide which product to purchase.

The first couple of years here were like that too. Too many products that did the same thing and ordering from 20 different distributors. It was very disorganized and we had a lot of money tied up in products. Now we work with just a couple of distributors and this has gotten much better.

On another note, here is an update on how Rachael is doing. Her numbers are so close to her goals that she could move up a level by her anniversary next year. So within one year of building her clientele she could earn a raise. Her monthly goal is to see 105 guests and she is seeing about 90 on average per month. She is meeting or exceeding her goals for all of the services she provides. The thing we are focusing on now are her prebooks. If she can raise the number of prebooks she has she will automatically raise the number of repeat/request appointments she has. Those are the two main areas that are just at an average of 50% of her goals. We look forward to focusing on that area in the coming months.
