Contestants will receive a unique URL to share via social media when online voting begins on Dec. 15. Online voting ends on Dec. 31 and the top 25 winners will be submitted to the judging panel for placing. The expert judging panel includes top celebrity manicurists and bloggers including Kandi Yamz, Miss Pop, and Chelsea King.
Both contests are open to residents of the U.S., Canada (excluding Quebec), Mexico, France, and the U.K. Winners will be officially announced on China Glaze's website around Jan. 31, 2014.
