If you were following me at ABS via Instagram, you most likely caught that I was giving away some file packs on Monday! Although I'm a diehard CND chick and adore their files, I know lots of you love peel and stick disposable files. The grit pads come in 100/180 grits so they're ideal for enhancements or pedicures. Remember, 240 and higher is the safest grit to shape the natural nail to avoid delamination.
