Motivation Monday: The Benefits of Walking

Did you know that a brisk 15-minute walk will burn about the same number of calories as jogging the same distance in 8.5 minutes? According to the President’s Council on Physical Fitness and Sports, walking burns approximately the same amount of calories per mile as running.
