1. Polish the nail a sparkly clear.
2. Using white polish, stack three circles on top of each other.
3. Using a black nail art striper and a toothpick, add a hat, eyes, mouth, and three buttons.
4. Using an orange nail art striper, add a carrot-nose. Add brown twig arms. Add a scarf in the polish color of the client’s choice. Apply top coat.
