The International Pedicure Association (IPA) is continuing its mission of educating and providing support for pedicure professionals following the death of its founder, Dr. Dennis Arnold, who passed away in late 2008. “The IPA is currently reorganizing its structure, including the appointment of a multi-discipline advisory board,” says executive director Linda Bond. The IPA intends to make a difference by promoting and maintaining the highest standards of safety in the pedicure industry, improving communication to its members by keeping them current and well informed, supporting legislation and regulations affecting the pedicure industry, and securing benefits that will provide protection to its membership.

“We promise to make available to every pedicurist, the proper education and the necessary tools to do their job in a safe and health-conscious manner,” says Bond.
