The gem-like shades of OPI’s Swiss Collection have made it to Elle’s It List for August. Try Glitzerland for a 24K shimmer or Cuckoo for This Color for a gold-flecked emerald green. The Color to Watch is another pretty shade with lots of amethyst-colored glimmer swirled in.
